Jimi Manolakos - Guitar/Vocals
With over 40 years of playing experience, Jimi brings unmatched energy and professionalism to his performances, be it in the studio or on the live stage.
Jimi has contributed his musical talents to several successful bands, among them, YYZ, Cold Shot, Loonie Tunes, and Forever Seger, as well as original acts, The Stellas and The House Call.
He has also shared the stage with legendary artists such as Jeff Healey, Johnny Reid, John McDermott, Pavlo, Gordon Lightfoot, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Zac Brown Band, and countless others.
Gordon Lightfoot described Jimi’s playing as “a fusion of Stevie Ray Vaughan and Carlos Santana”, and Jeff Healey hailed him as “a great player”.
Here’s a little fun fact about Jimi, he’s not just a musician, he’s a “Fishin’ Musician”, participating in professional bass tournaments for many years, with an impressive record of 24 first-place finishes.

Jonathan Dobson - Drums/Percussion
Jonathan Dobson is a highly accomplished professional drummer and musician with over 40 years of experience in the music industry. He has not only performed in studio recordings, but also in live concerts across multiple countries, including Bermuda, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, United States and Canada.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has had the opportunity to collaborate and perform with renowned national and international artists such as Sammy Hagar, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Hootie & the Blowfish, Edwin McCain, Miranda Lambert and Tim McGraw, among many others.
But Jonathan's contribution to the music world goes beyond his performances. He has also been a leading figure in music education, heading up prestigious music instruction seminars and schools such as Drummer's Institute, DI DVD series, and the Bermuda Drum and Percussion Institute. He has served as a mentor to many young and aspiring drummers, passing on his knowledge and expertise to the next generation.
Nick Monaco - Keyboards
After studying musical theory at The Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, Nick developed a passion for synthesizers and progressive rock. Over the past three decades he's been involved in performing, songwriting and recording with various bands including FLYTE, MELODIES RAGE and most recently LOONIE TUNES, a tribute to Canadian rock.
Nick is honoured to be part of "Radio Rush: “The Moving Pictures Story", celebrating the foundation of his love of music.
Todd Larter - Bass/Vocals
With over 40 years of experience in music,Todd Larter has been working as both a Performer and Studio Musician for many notable acts. He has recorded and performed with original acts such as Future History, Man Made Forest, Lickpenny Loafer, The Beresfords, Richard Malouin, Garth Dynes and Ben Hudson. He has also performed with many tribute acts such as Loonie Tunes, The Bianca Rollo Band and Pushing Taurus. He also performed with 10 acts during the Guinness World Record: Longest Concert by Multiple Artists & Longest Live Streamed Event.
Todd’s playing has been described as powerful and melodic, often being compared to Geddy Lee, John Paul Jones, and Paul McCartney.
As an avid fan of Rush’s music, Todd is thrilled to be paying tribute to the band that shaped him as a musician.
Rick is a radio veteran who was fortunate to spend almost 20 years of his career as a
host on CHUM FM, which is where he met Geddy and Alex, as they were preparing to
perform at Massey Hall for their live album, All The World's A Stage.
A number of interviews and album premieres were held on his show in the late 70's and early 80's, with Geddy coming on the air live with Rick to go over the band's latest release, track by track, including the Moving Pictures album.
He also was able to tour with the band a couple times in the late 70's, gaining a keen insight into the personalities of each member and how life on the road worked. Rick is pleased to be a part of Radio Rush: The Moving Pictures Story, as the Narrator.
